Albury Wodonga Youth Ballet was established in 2022 to provide extra performance opportunities for young dancers while they continue their training at their home studios. We give dancers a company experience in auditioning, rehearsing for and performing ballets, while making new friends and improving their dance technique and artistry. We are very proud to showcase these talented and hard-working dancers and to bring high quality youth ballet productions to the Border region.

Auditions are held before each performance season. Any dance students aged 10-19 are welcome to attend! We support each student in their individual dance journey, and aim to help improve their ballet technique, confidence, artistry, memory, and ability to work well within a team.

In January 2025, we held our first Holiday Program, offering classes for students aged 6-8yrs (Junior), 9-11yrs (Intermediate), and 12+ years (Senior). We were thrilled with the overwhelmingly positive responses to the program, and are now seeking expressions of interest for a Winter Holiday Program to be held in July.
